From Plato's Cave Allegory to "identity" to Summerhill....are we serious?

One must definitely wonder how a group of teenagers managed to start talking about Plato's Cave Allegory then watch a short film about Identity, discuss the problems of self-identity and finally end up talking about Summerhill!!!! Well, that's just us, the students of Anavryta High School at the age of 14, trying to make sense of life, trying to understand who we are...
After long conversation we came to the conclusion that our "cave", what restricts us and doesn't allow us to be different, to be our true self is NOT school as we originally said. School is not an ideal place, the educational system is far from perfect, yet we realised that the "cave" we are trapped in, is the "mask" that we are forced to wear or that we actually choose to wear. So, making a difference in the world is only up to us and how we can embrace our own personality and potential.
Nevertheless, since we love complaining about school, we have decided to research other educational systems, starting off with a rather radical approach, that of Summerhill, founded by A.S. Neill in 1921.
